1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the ge444 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ge444 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the ge444 website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All ge444 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be suspended immediately.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, ge444 reserves the right to cancel all of them. All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. ge444 is not liable for any losses resulting from misuse of your account or access by a third party.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ge444 is ৳500. We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile banking deposits & withdrawals
• Nagad — Mobile banking deposits & withdrawals
• Rocket — Mobile banking deposits & withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — Transfers to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds must come only from the depositor's own account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Failure to submit required documents on time may delay the withdrawal.

3.3 Fraud & Misuse

If evidence of payment chargebacks, fraud, or system misuse is found, ge444 may immediately suspend the account and seize the associated funds. ge444 reserves the right to take any necessary legal action in such cases.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses may only be used in games and betting sections designated by ge444. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details. Misusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. ge444 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5 VIP Program

The ge444 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits and other exclusive perks:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's platform activity and usage. ge444 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will notify members in due course if changes are made.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which we recommend reading before playing. ge444 offers games from various leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the outcome will be determined based on the company's records.

6.2 Betting Restrictions

Any attempt to exploit system errors or bugs to win abnormal amounts will result in those winnings being declared void. Arbitrage betting, the use of bots, or automated software for betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various popular sports including cricket, football, badminton, and kabaddi. All bet outcomes are taken from official sources, and ge444's decision is considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ge444 platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Collecting bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means
• Hacking, using malware, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior through the platform
• Betting or playing games using bots or automated software
• Operating multiple accounts

If any of the above activities are found, ge444 may close the account and seize funds without prior notice. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Account access resulting from a member's own negligence or third-party actions
• Service suspension due to government directives or legal requirements
